Lov soy cheese workshop is situated about 2 km southwest of Sitang Town and 24 km southwest of Guilin City. Vihicles can reach it easily. Every process for making soy cheese was done by hand and production was stopped in damp Spring and hot Summer before. 　　Thanks to soy-milling machine, work efficiency is raised a lot. But in order to keep its unique flavour,all the other traditional processes are strictly followed, therefore it’s impossible to let every global villager to taste it in the near future.
